Lightning In The Dark

This track has been in my head since the mid-aughties or so, but in a more heavy-metallized fashion. This track came to me in a dream; perhaps my brain was making a composite of Iron Maiden's "Flight of Icarus", White Zombie's "Thunder Kiss '65", and "Weird Al" Yankovic's "When I was Your Age" from his Off The Deep End album.
In any event, I have been polishing and polishing this track after some criticism at a recent pulsewave. Though I didn't address those criticisms, I have made the track more enjoyable to listen to, at least from my perspective. I hope you feel the same way!
