Voyage: Andromeda

I wrote this for Summer Chip VI and meant to post it here a while ago. This was written OpenMPT, primarily using FM8 as well as a few random samples. I also used a few samples from freesound.org, each of which you can find in the links below.

This is such an amazing track, serious congrats on the win

Nice stuff, sounds like an arrangement bonus track for a game soundtrack album.
Thanks for sharing links to the samples.
Love the calm parts but the second half reminds me so much of the early 3D and audio CD era.
Like a game with Galaxy Force 2 style areas but early low textured era 3D with a more passive exploration focused pace.
I keep thinking of a scene like a water powered ancient computer network in the middle of a forest. Cyborg trees?
Lots of long branch paths and air gust giant leaf elevators... now I wanna make a cyber tank game....
I'm also a sucker for FM tunes, something about that chip just hits my ears in the right way.
Ya really loving this track, thanks for sharing.
