Hiii um this is my first time posting here~! I used to make music on lsdj when I was in high school and I randomly got the urge to start making it again.
Please tell m what you think of this song c: Any tips on how I can improve in the future?

I have to agree with Rees' comment about how awesome a stereo version would be.

Post one, and I'll totally download it!

This is a pretty good start for someone who hasn't used LSDJ in a while.
That said, I have a few constructive criticisms.

First, the song is completely mono. That must mean either 1 of 2 things:

1. You recorded it by putting a microphone right up against the Game Boy's speaker. Instead of doing that, you should run a cable from the headphone jack of the Game Boy into the microphone jack of a computer or recorder.

2. You didn't use any O commands (L/R pan). If this is the case, then I recommend you read up on what all of the different letter commands do HERE (starting on page 19): http://www.littlesounddj.com/lsd/latest/documentation/LSDj_1_0b.pdf

Next, the arpeggio and the melody are both using the same pulse width. This makes it a little hard to tell which is which sometimes, because they sound the same. Make sure that your pulse channels have different widths, so that they stand out from each other.

Finally, the arpeggio and melody are in the same octave range and their notes occasionally overlap. This can also make it hard to tell which is which. Placing your pulse channels in different octaves is another great way to make sure that they stand out from each other. In other words, either raise or lower the arpeggio notes by an octave. If you do that, you may not even have to change the pulse widths!

Again, it's a pretty good start. Keep it up! And if you have questions, feel free to ask.

boy you are a fcking genius well done!!!!
