Why not buying one here in Brazil and doing the prosound yourself (it's very easy). You can find GBC's for about R$ 120 (usd 40), and I pretty much doubt you'll get anything cheaper overseas (including shipping and taxes)

i'm considering making it myself, but i wanna see what my options are yknow... i'm afraid i'll mess it up, plus the brazilian ones for sale at that price are so battered - i wouldn't mind, but it's for a present, so i need something in good shape!
