Updates:

I compiled this whilst looking for customisable visuals for my Degree Show at University at the end of this year. I've yet to come across anything for the Game Gear, Genesis or SNES. If anyone is aware of customisable visualisation programs for any of these, it'd be greatly appreciated. As would, in fact, any visual programs of this manner. If know of any, post and I shall update. Hope this list will help people out.
