I made this synth wise with them lovely c64 samples that are in the tracker food thread. They're great samples btw, gives a beautiful low fi synth vibe to this kind of slow drudgey hop hop vibe......the drums are simple, im not really doing much glitchy stuff right now......crunchy  DD10 stuff i think.......mmmmmm.......also some of my own funny low fi r n b vocals resampled, and of course a real r n b lady pitched down to sound like a soulful dude. I didnt upload it in the music section because despite the samples, it isn't chipmusic at all really. Anyhow, thanks if anyone can be arsed to give it a rinse.

those vocals work really well, especially when you strain to hear them -- they sound like someone drowning in their own sadness, repeatedly declaring misery in aimless desperation

cc: some breaks leading into the fully audible vocals would work well right around 2:11. it would diffuse the subtle amount of tension built up throughout, although i get the impression that isn't what you're going for with this piece...

really great work overall
