Yet again we've got another awesome line-up of live music for you but this time on an unusual Sunday night. Why? Because we have a unique opportunity to bring you the awesome Mega Ran! Not only that but with two great support acts - Automaton Subsystem and .mpegasus - this is sure to be a great night! Don't worry about work in the morning ... it's over rated!

There will be a licensed bar courtesy of Lord Conrads Brewery. Crisps and nibbles will be available from our pac lunch shop.

There will also be plenty of opportunity for some retro gaming between acts.

i really want to get one of these. I have been experimenting with MIDI sequencing in Python in Linux, so I am sure it will work fine on this device. I have also been getting into other trackers in Linux. seems like a good handheld choice.

has anyone tried this on a raspberry PI? seems like it would be similar

found this, but i only really want MIDI out

Does the pedal need to be stereo, or can it be mono? Most great pedals will be the latter, but it isn't an insurmountable issue.

don't care if it's stereo or not. I have always used mono pedals honestly.

I adore my tc flashback. Really versatile, relatively affordable if you watch for the right deal, easy to dial in very useable settings. Mine is the plain old mid sized pedal, not the mini or the x4. Not analog, but sweet nonetheless.

i really dont expect to find a cheap analog delay nowadays, just something that emulates the sound is ok so I'll check it out

you all metioned some great ideas. i havent heard of a lot of these pedals so I will look into them all.

  • MXR Carbon Copy Delay

  • Behringer EM600

  • TC Flashback Delay

i just saw this video, great job. i am always amazed at stuff like this.

So my delay pedal is not working as it should and I need to get a new one.

I know the Boss DD-7 but I want a more authentic "analog" sound.

Has anyone tried the BOSS RE-20 Space Echo Pedal?

Or is there another pedal that sounds analog-ish that doesn't cost so much?

i thought about using piggy tracker but how easy is it to load a bunch of samples and just like hit them randomly?

i guess some kind of custom raspberry pi thing is possible too, but could require a lot of extra work

Open Office

You need a Ph.D to use it properly, therefore I have an honorary doctorate in OOlogy

does anyone know of a good small sampler for short stabs? i would like to use it for live dub.
right now i'm using lickshot by no-carrier but I would like something small and portable since you are limited to 4 samples on lickshot.

I have some devices that I could potentially use, phone, dmg, gb advance. are there some options for those devices?

I have seen the AKAI MPX8 but I was curious if there wasn't something I could use with the devices I already have. i'm also open to using something else like an arduino for example.

This is happening to me now on multiple devices for the last day or so. says "Server (IO) error". Anyone else have this issue?
