Sick lineup. I've been stoked for this for awhile. Wish I could've gone.
I NEED that live stream link though.

Making 8bit music sound less 8bit

Read the other part of my post:

"I should probably mention that a lot of the synths are a mix between 16-bit and 8-bit emulators layered over the top of eachother." wink

@8-Bit Vic, Thanks man. By the way, it's not actually a band - just a studio project for now. However I am thinking about going live with it at some point.

@sergio, In all honesty, the whole sound of the album started to go down hill during the mastering/EQ process. Needless to say, future releases will be up to par on production value. wink

Anytime.
I caught myself putting my own vox on some tracks because they're so catchy.
Have you ever thought about putting some vocals? It think it'll pull in more fans, really.

Glad to see them finally on CM!

Saw their EP on total-deathcore a few months back and I was very impressed.
Great release!

A bunch of scene kids that think they can make music are taking away from people that actually have musical talent.
Besides that, IAYD, DataFix, Kloudygirl and Klownin have done a lot to contribute to making a "chiptune community" here in South Texas.

Me?
Just played an open mic and pretty much done nothing to make the chip scene more noticeable, but that will change really soon, when I make more/better songs of course.

Very repetitive, but catchy.
It seems as if there are a few parts that are just thrown in there.
I like it though.

I'm inputting my audio to garageband from an aux cable straight to my game boy.
On my mixer, i have it connecting via RCA to my amp.
Both don't let me use the R pan.
However, the same way I'm imputting the audio on garageband it works fine with Audacity.

Should a try unplugging everything? Or should I try to use it on LR speakers and see if it works?

My Game Boy running LSDJ doesn't do the R pan on my Numark DXM06 mixer or in GarageBand.
I also tried it on my other Game Boy and I still get the same result of the R pan not functioning correctly.
My R pan DOES work if have my aux cable fed into my amp and as well as when I have my headphones in and in Audacity.
LR works perfectly, but just not the single R pan.

Anyone ever had this problem or have any advice for me?

Any advice or past/current experiences with this problem will really help!

$170.00EU is crazy expensive.
I don't see anyone buying this unless it's around $110.00EU or maybe even less.

He makes nintendocore and he kinda looks like him...

Nintendocore is dying down with only a few artists left that includes Rawesome, Protoflight, Rascovok, IWWFD and a few others.

Pretty much nintendocore made me transition to my post hardcore scene to the chip scene.
I really don't see any discussion on here that talks about nintendocore artists and they're actually pretty good in my opinion.

Another thing I want to point out is that why does pretty much all previous nintendocore artists transition to ambient?
I really have no clue.
Monomate died down and started making ambient, as well as Erick 5 (from 100DR), and Rawesome.

All thats left in nintendocore is the pokemon split that is preparing to finish in 2014 or 2015 and at that time everyone would probably stop making nintendocore and that's when it would probably die for good.
I run into a few people who like the genre and some people who don't so...

Everyone has their different views on nintendocore so I would like to hear them.
