Hello!

I'm starting to delve deeper into the world of PWM's and I'm having trouble with replicating a specific waveform.

An SiD waveform depicted in the following diagram is what has me puzzled.

I'm trying to think of a way to tackle this in the waveform screen.

How would I go about this?

Thanks!
-Sam

EDIT: sample of what I'm attempting to do https://soundcloud.com/shoujo-kiss/2xlsdj-is-fun

Could you not just draw a series of waveforms in the wave channel and automatically or manually cycle between them?

That's what I'm doing, I just have no idea how to approach this specific waveform.

Roboctopus has a great little tutorial on how to do it in tables http://roboctopus-8bit.tumblr.com/post/ … choose-you

PERFECT.

Getting just the sound I wanted with a few minor alterations!

Drawing it freehand is possible but an easier way is to first draw the triangle waveform and copy & paste it to several frames of the wave instrument. Then, simply set chunks to zero in a repeating pattern.
