Only 3? It will be difficult. Anyway, here are three I like much, and I won't include some cool game tracks in favour of less known artists (in comparison to Rob Hubbard,Tim Follin, Ben Daglish, Charles Deenen, Martin Galway, Chris Huelsbeck, David Whittaker, Jochen Hippel, Jeroen Tel...)
