I looks pretty good.. it'd be better if there weren't horizontal gaps, but you can't do anything about that.

So are you changing the rom to make useable versions with these graphics?
If so... I'd like to see a selection of simple solid shapes: circle, triangle (bottom left half and upper right half), horizontal bars, that kind of thing. 
Skulls version2 is slick.
Doesn't lightwall already support multiple shapes?

Yes, these are screenshots taken with the Nestopia NES emulator running my Modified versions of Litewall.
If you don't believe me just send me a personal message telling me your email address. You can choose four or less different shape designs for your custom version of litewall. Then I will send you your custom version of Litewall attached to an email.
I'll say that again, you choose four or less shape designs from the ones posted here. Then I'll personally choose 4 or more and create a custom version of Litewall just for you.
I am also taking requests for new shape designs.
Please, no ridiculous requests.

If ANY of you want A CUSTOM VERSION of Litewall just ask.

I am not going to put a tutorial on how to modify Litewall. If you want to figure it out just open a copy of Litewall.nes with YY-CHR tile editor.

Here is a hint -
Three 24X24pixel monochromatic images
So, just create one 24X24pixel image that you want to put into Litewall with YY-CHR. Copy/Paste it until you have three of the exact same image. Use right click to select what you want to copy/paste.
Then replace the color in the images as follows
Black + Light Grey only
Black + White only
Black + Dark Grey only
Black = Background
Light Grey - White, - Dark Grey -
1L 4L 7L - 1W 4W 7W - 1D 4D 7D
2L 5L 8L - 2W 5W 8W - 2D 5D 8D
3L 6L 9L - 3W 6W 9W - 3D 6D 9D - Each these numbers represents 8X8pixels or a single right click selection. 27 sections total.
Now open the copy of Litewall you want to modify with YY-CHR in another window
Copy/Paste each 8X8pixel selection into Litewall
XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-1L-1W-1D-2L-2W-2D-3L-3W-3D-4L-4W
4D-5L-5W-5D-6L-6W-6D-7L-7W-7D-8L-8W-8D-9L-9W-9D - The XXs represent the black blank 8X8pixel sections. Leave these black.
These are all the 27 sections in Litewall with corresponding button combos - 8X8pixels each
