Hi! What is the simplest way to add another Midi thru port to Arduinoboy?

I've seen this:

So do I need to buy this Inverter (74LS14) or can I do it with the chip in Arduinoboy (6N138) and just add new midi socket to one of the free "legs" there? I just need to add one more Thru to my setup.

Best regards,

oh, wow, the arduinoboy rework i've been attempting uses basically the approach above for this part of the circuit...

yeah, this will work.  its the easiest way.

So I need the 74LS14 then?

yeah, you need a hex inverter.  i guess my response was a little vague huh

Haha, I read it as a more of "EUREKA!" type of moment, no problem:)

Gonna give this a shot as soon as I find a place that can sell me that inverter.

One more question:

I found the part but I got 4 different ones listed, bottom one says hex trigger, is that the right one?
