All music booking is being handled directly by MAGFest staff this year.  Josh had put together fantastic lineups the last couple years, but MAGFest has re-structured the music department responsibilities for the upcoming year.  The event has grown considerably since then and reorganization was inevitable.  I don't believe there was an intent to sleight anybody involved beyond an honest communication mishap.

ah i see, its all good then! ill send in a submission soon :]

If you go to Magfest this year, you may want to BYOB. The parties go late into the night and the local (only) liquor store was insanely expensive. $12 per 6-pack of factory beer.

I think I'll start saving up now so I can pay for transportation out there.

I'll echo that;
It seems as though chip performers regularly get left behind when it comes to getting things covered, or even getting paid.
