baseball - 48hr challenge!

hawkfeather issued the following challenge…
I guess its mine. I’ll challenge nickmaynard to write a new baseball anthem to replace “take me out to the ballgame”
it can be in any style, so long as when we listen to it, we hear BASEBALL! unmistakably.
i’ll be honest, i was stumped. but then i thought of the clap clap clap thing that people do in stadiums and built the song around that. the rest of the song is more like the sound track for that scene in movies where the geeky kid who sat on the bench for the whole season says “put me in coach!” and then he goes up to bat, it’s the bottom of the 9th with bases loaded, whatever.
anyways, here it is. “baseball” by me.
