This does indeed remind me so much of Cave Story! This is really groovy and funky, love how diverse the melody is while keeping the same feel.
Thanks a lot for the positive feedback Feryl and Taiemon. I'm a huge fan of Pixel and the Cave Story soundtrack but didn't have it in mind when working on this, but in retrospect I can see some similarities.
