breakphase: As xxl stated with the link below, it's Raster Music Tracker - a very nice Pokey tracker for Windows. defPREMIUM: When it comes to using original hardware, Music Protracker is a very nice tool. This and Theta Music Composer (TMC).
ah, makes me wish i had tried harder at getting into making music on the atari 65XE i used to have.. i used sio2sd to load up protracker, but had a lot of trouble getting started since all of the tutorials i could find were in polish only! great stuff. i think i will have to get back into pokey music again one day.
