i'd had the happy bit as a general idea for ages until i finally decided to have it progressed into from something with my usual bassline structure. i personally fel that it went in quite nicely.. altough, i see what you mean by around 1:50, the duty cycled chords are borderline out of tune 
LOUDER! NEEDS TO BE LOUDER! Those sidechained chords should remain throughout the song and be the loudest thing. For head kicking awesome. A bigger kick would be great too. The progression around 1:50 sounds odd.
The happy lead comes out of no where, i'd get rid of it and keep this dark
