CHAMPION! is a Denver-based Chiptune/EDM duo featuring Macy Lytle [Third Uncle, Mario Frog Suit] on circuit-bent ’89 GameBoy, synth and vox with Mark White [the Redemptions, Gladhand] on vDrums & MPC, and frequent appearances by math-rapper Curta. While CHAMPION!'s music is best described as hyper-kinetic and overtly happy, what sets them apart is that their drums, synth, bass and vocals are all performed live to push the energy and add elements of garage, chip-funk, and neo-disco into their sound. Visually, CHAMPION fans interact with their own 3D projections, scanned in realtime via proprietary software by VJ crew PIXELPUMP (Jason Salaz, Josh Felice and Spencer Steers). The results create a new type of experience for fans and newcomers alike. Best fan quote thus far: "I may have  lost my job to come see you guys, but it was totally worth it!"
