Turn down that noise channel! The release of the noise needs to be turned down a lot.

Here's a tip: Its a good idea to keep the pulse channels at about 80% volume to 90% volume so that it helps bring out the triangle wave. It allows for more dynamic possibilities. Also, at least to me, having the note immediately end (if you're using FamiTracker, then it would look like the little dash that cuts off the note) will make the song sound shallow and missing fulfillment. I would suggest manually changing the volume of when a sustained note occurs.
