I heard my first chiptune in mid 2007, and started to do NES chiptunes in early 2008. Within a year I became aware of other formats such as XM. I "stalked" the scene for quite some time until Syniphas convinced me to join #botb and #mod_shrine in late 2009, where I became a part of the scene myself.
