Somethin Weird Goin On 'Round Thar

I really don't know what to do with this one. It was meant to have vocals over top, but every time i come up with a melody to sing on this song it just sounds way too terribly poppy and cliché, in a really bad way. so i dunno. this song could probably be called a failed endeavour. ha!

dude the part at 1:43 - 1:51 that could be something amazing man. I think you should keep the same kick after that part and expand on that idea.
i agree with ducker, the chord panning idea should be a larger part of the song.

Badass. If a song is good it's kinda hard to critique it because there's nothing wrong with it. But I'll try.

I guess the bassline could stand a little variation. Either using envelopes or pitch or something. It seems like the type of song where the bass would be less clean. I guess since the format is kinda like a regular pop song it might be a good idea to insert a bridge somewheres in there. One part where the progession gets really switched up, turned on it's head. Helps to get some distance from the rest of the song, and when you come back to the verse, it's nice.
