Down at the Duck Factory (Recording issues mostly resolved)

Thanks to some advice from @Jellica and @Fudgers, I've re-recorded this song at better quality.  Haven't been able to figure out how to remove the couple seconds of silence from the beginning without causing a fade-in at the start (not an expert with Audacity or recording in general), so please bear with me on that.  Hope you like it.

Thanks for the advice, @hutsvoid.  I just performed normalization and hiss removal, and it sounds a lot better.  It seems that my sound card (?) was amplifying the sound when it was super-quiet (and that's why the volume was fading in for me), but when I listened on another device I found that yes, it is really quiet.
It sounds mono because I'm not playing with any panning in this one - everything outputs on both channels.  For my second tune I'll probably do a bit more of the fancy stuff.

This sounds better, but needs to be louder I think. I don't get ST sound sounds mono for me. Also there is a big hiss in the background.

This is my advice: check your levels, If you are using Audacity use some normalizitation, compresion and hiss reduction. Just to get a cleaner sound. wink
