This turned out to be way harder than I had imagined.

Although the Ramones' music could be described as somewhat "pop" in it's chord progressions, song structure, sing along chorus etc., what makes them stand out to me first and foremost is how damn rockin' their tracks are.  I've had the HARDEST time trying to integrate chip with rock'n'roll/punk, it always comes out sounding super bubbly pop punk, which is not what I want to obtain.

I've decided to just roll with it.  If it's over the top cheerful, too bad.

I also had a lot of trouble figuring out what to do in order to make it sound futuristic?  I can't stand breaks or noise so that's out of the question.  I tried adding a short electro sounding part without it clashing with the rest of the song.  Finally I decided to add some talk box during the chorus because you know, robots.

Anyway.  I FAILED.  I'm not gonna drop this song though.  This is just a short preview so you guys know I haven't been slacking (too much).  I'll submit the final product ASAP.
