			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Oh hey little thread~</p><p>I&#039;m not around much these days, but I went to considerable trouble learning how to make DMG-04 to PS/2 adapter capables, so I&#039;ll try to get some informative pictures up in the near future when I have some time.</p><p>There&#039;s a lot of good information in <a href="http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/7615/semicustom-lsdj-keyboards-research-thread/page/3/" target="_blank">my old LSDj keyboard thread</a>, which was active when GoingHam and I got our first working LSDj keyboard setups together.</p><p>EDIT: here&#039;s <a href="http://chipmusic.org/forums/post/121447/#p121447" target="_blank">a link to the specific post</a> with information about the keyboard I&#039;ve used successfully and like to use when making LSDj keyboards on commission.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I skimmed through this and I remember someone mentioning that you can&#039;t use unofficial cables. It&#039;s kinda a shame I found this out after pin swapping this one and cutting it off. I also read somewhere that the CGB will carry the 5v, and seeing as this DMG/CGB to DMG/CGB could thi cable work? I want to know in case there&#039;s any chance of making a cable out of this and the ps/2 adapter I bought, or if I should just solder the ps/2 cable in.</p>]]></content>

Souldn&#039;t we be moving the Serial Out to the 5v instead? Or am I terribly confused?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Wire colors aren&#039;t consistent in cables. You should use a continuity tester.</p><p>If the LEDs light up, you have the 5v right and did the pin swap properly. Ground is easy to determine, then that just leaves the data and clock signals to determine.</p><p>Or maybe the pins are marked with silkscreen on the board. G, VCC/V, D, C, etc...You can unscrew it to check, if you haven&#039;t tried that already.</p>]]></content>
