If you know what should be on the screen cover you can do it yourself. Check this.

edit: If you want custom graphics designed I can do that. But you'd have to print it yourself. PM me if interested.

Doesn't have to be exactly like this one. Honestly just the border around the screen is what I'm looking for. But without the art overlapping the screen. If someone could do that for me that would be great.
