I guess not since the cables that lack of some pin or stuff are those without the 5v power
So every cable should be fine (as long as it matches the socket of course)

I have a link cable somewhere but don't you have to use one that has all 6 pins?

you just need the old game boy link cable, set one lsdj to slave and one to master. i think its in the manual, non?

Syncing 2 LSDJ Driven GameBoys

I got another cartridge and Gameboy together, and now I want to sync them up.

From what I think I understand, I have to sync them up within lsdj.
Can anyone give me a run down on what I need to sync them? (cable, some sort of hardware to sync their clocks?, where to buy, and/or any other aspect that I haven't mention or am unaware of)
