as far as i'm aware the white pil gameboys were only sold in japan.

there's nothing wrong with a nice greyboy, i don't see why you shouldn't go for it big_smile

The biggest giveaway is that the white one had black text, this one just has the normal blue. It's just a greyboy with a Play It Loud screen protector and buttons.

The one I linked to starts off with "GHxxxxxxx" while the one you have linked is "Gxxxxxxxx" not sure if it has to do with when it was made or where, but that's something else interesting.

I'd gamble on it, it looks super clean even if it was a grey DMG with a button swap. Go for it.

Also, the seller mentions that he collects Australian gameboy stuff. Did the white PIL also come out in Australia?
