			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>That video is creepy. I&#039;d say, best bet is to get yourself an el panel and cut it right down to perfect size, then use some tinfoil for your reflective layer. You&#039;d have to figure out the circuitry to power it though.</p>]]></content>
