John GBC lite has great sound for an emulator, but I think it lacks a speed option, unless it's only available in the paid version. But It works fine for lsdj.

im not seeing either one in the google play store

I may have downloaded them from the 1Mobile Market (3rd party stuff that google play wouldn't distribute )

i've tried a couple and it always seems to overclock to the max
