I'm going to get a few shirts made for my college's electronic music program, and I'd like some recommendation on good, preferably cheap places to do that. We'd like to keep the shirts under around $15, and we're not really looking to make a profit off of them.

Here's the design (this one is for last semesters poster, so only the 'CSM' part will be going on the shirt)
