It was actually 200 BPM, then I exported it as a MIDI to use in another program, anyway the program is buggy so it messed up the BPM, it also doesn't support drums, so that's why they were seperate. once i got the tempo, i right clicked the TIME knob in the "Drums.wav" sampler channel in FL and selected "Autodetect", then selected the "Type in (BPM)" option. worked a treat!

i mean that's what i'd do if timestretching/warping wasn't a viable option

If somebody could get these tracks at the same tempo for me, it would be greatly appreciated. It was my fault for making the drums separate like an idiot, and then having issues matching them.
