			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>&quot;V 3 dongles are £85 GBP&quot; - in an email from keychange last month. the website hasn&#039;t been updated in ten years, but he&#039;s legit. </p><p>dongles <em>are</em> the license. whoever owns a dongle owns a copy of cubase. keychange and atarifreakz just happen to have a bunch of them. cubase is still owned and developed by steinberg.</p>]]></content>
