just create a new account and don't log into the old one anymore. 

we do not do them to avoid confusion when people review older threads for info, to keep references to members straightened out.  we have very, VERY rarely done this due to extenuating circumstances.

I figured there might not be name changes, different forums have different rules on that though so figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
