It might be easier to do with a nintendo ds rom and flashcartridge (Any mobiclip video codec substitutes in the nds homebrew scene?). It depends on the extent of what you want to do, and how much trouble you're willing to go through for it.

There was like a terminator cart with audio and video i think, it may have just had video though.
