I would not say so.
There are several chiptune musicians (some of them even pretty well-known sometimes) based in PL but not considered Polish musicians in fact (and even haven't been mentioned here because of that) but rather international, in a way.
As for me, there are no 1-bit music fans in Poland, so I do not make music for Polish people.
And I was born in the circuits of Timex Computer 2048, hahaha.
