			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>lots of things make midi files! some do it better than others though. i&#039;m inclined to believe these were sequenced in something like cubase or maybe scored in sib/finale rather than tracked. although jagex do have in-house tools for sound design, maybe there&#039;s a special jagextracker too :v</p>]]></content>
