Why?
You can chat in your work (when you dont have FB access) with your collegues, school (during long boring lessons), on camping with friends, trekking, holidays, during music festivals, shopping centers, best everywhere where is no internet connection. Or in dangerous situations like tornado storm or floods, during earthquake, conflicts...
Ideal for small towns or villages too.
