Drums are 31/16 time while the rest of the music assumes 4/4, then the tempo is halved and the music assumes the same feel as the drums.

3/4 is putting a H00 command on row C of a phrase, and accenting the beats on rows 0, 4 and 8.
6/8 is the same, except you accent rows 0 and 6 (or 0, 3, 6 and 9 for fast stuff i guess).

Although I've become quite fond of 29/4 lately. It consists of three measures of 7/4 and the last one resolves with 4/4. So much more fun to write solos in this format because of the even and rounded last measure.
