Probably easier and cheaper to pick up a "spares and repairs" off eBay, than go trawling for a single IC

i had a DMG for free and it doesn't work.
I opened it and i found this:

Everything else on the PCB appears to be ok.
Do you know if there are some equivalent ICs to try a substitution?
I google'd and i did not find a single shop for this.
