			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So while listening to the excellent <a href="https://toycompany.bandcamp.com/album/chipspeech-automate-songs-01" target="_blank">Chipspeech Automate Songs .01</a>, I was reminded of the only speech synthesis I&#039;ve ever been really, really hyped about integrating into song: Animal Crossing&#039;s &quot;animalese&quot; (NOT the KK Slider synth, I&#039;m sure that one exists out there somewhere).</p><p><div class="embed_video"><iframe width="560" height="340" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/jqqTVf5j6Nc" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe></div></p><p>So, the creator of this video already has <a href="http://https:www.googledrive.com/host/0B25YE1xVv00fTGpxbzhhVl8xdlE/" target="_blank">a working synth that produces these sounds</a>, but you can&#039;t control the pitch or speed, making it decidedly non-musical. I mean, you could alter the .wavs in your daw of choice, but it clearly wouldn&#039;t be as smooth as what we get from chipspeech. Have any of you ever attempted this?</p>]]></content>
