anywho, an advantage of buying outside the EU would be we don't charge you VAT.  that is also something worth considering.  the main delay in international shipping comes from the customs process, so as long as the shipper fills out the forms correctly and legibly the difference in shipping times should be negligible.

and now USPS offers basic tracking on the economy rate for many european countries.  the times, they are a changin', finally.
