			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>PC-Engine is almost identically in sound features than Virtual Boy. For DefleMask, there was a fight in my head between VirtualBoy and NEC PC-Engine, I decided to add the NEC system after all, it has a more active scene than VB.</p><p>EDIT: It doesn&#039;t have &quot;PCM&quot; channels, they are 32 steps 6 bits editable waveforms. Just like PCE, Game Boy wave channel, etc.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Honestly I&#039;ve heard some good sounding waveform come out of that machine and would be curious about a sound channel rundown. </p><p>So far wiki only says &quot;10-bit stereo&quot;</p><p>I hear a noise and sample and something like three tone channels. Some of which sound like they can be non-pulse waveforms.&nbsp; I&#039;m just guessing at all this so I&#039;d love to see the real answer.</p><br /><p>EDIT:<br />Ok I think I answered my own question. </p><p>it has 1 noise channel and 5 &#039;32 sample PCM&#039; channels. </p><p>and only the 5th PCM and the noise channels have sweep and modulation controls. the other 4 only have envelopes.</p>]]></content>
