Best and easiest bet is using Infinite NES lives' boards. Looks like Vegaplay is just nrom so use this board: http://www.infiniteneslives.com/nessupplies.php#NROM

If you email him he might even flash your rom onto the board for you. He also sells shells.

Beyond that, I know nothing about vegaplay so you're on your own.
