(the "FM" in nanoloop is wavetables of FM waveforms)

Although...The crackling is quite severe in that recording... But it sounds like that only when modulating the tone of the FM sounds, right?

I love the sound of a slight amount of frequency shift (pitch bend but in S channel,) but when I use it, I get an ungodly crackling sound. Is there any way to circumvent this or fix it?
