I guess it's something from FFF. I never heard of them, don't know them, and  I discovered they used this song in their keygen after a random search on youtube :D But my website says "you can use my music in whatever you want, just drop an e-mail and gives credit". "Whatever" could as well be an apple's app.
This pack seems to be fairly illegal, but personally i won't complain : It's just an early shitty track, it doesn't matter. I see the good aspect of the thing : maybe someone will enjoy my tune and then will download others :D As long as my name is associated to the music, i don't care.
But i guess many people must be annoyed by this, which is understandable.
Hmm, maybe they removed the author name ? Well ... shitty track, i told you :)

1) musics are used without permission by some little wanabee ripper/lamer who want to be 1337 h4XX0Rz by releasing Justin Bieber mp3
2) ALL credits from the stolen music are REMOVED or (worst case) replaced by those LAMER'S name and/or groupname
3) some poor no-life got all that rotten keygen/infofile and make a site to put all the songs with lamer's groupname as author name
4) an emperor of lame ripped the rippers and used all the stolen data for his shitty iPhone app.

I hope some of you have a contact with people at Apple!

And yes, there's one of my chiptune in the "free" (haha) pack, it's my "little swedish boy" old .xm

Well the app is free so I grabbed when I first saw it in the store, but I won't buy the music pack.

I wrote a review for it in the app store but when that shows up who knows.
