but it seems that Sammichsid is optimised to set it with 2 SID chips so it wont be that much fun with only 1..

Well I already have a C64C, and I dont believe in removing them from the C64 unless the C64 is dead so ive got the challenge of finding a loose sid to put in a sammichsid or the closest most similar thing then use that in my chiptune setup

Few years ago i scavenged 2 sid chips.. 6581R4AR & 8580R5..

..and now i been wondering again how to best make use of them for addition to music production on MacOS DAW?

Also got one complete C64C and was looking to grab a MSSIAH cartridge with SID expansion circuit board but that would still left me 1 unused chip..

SIDblaster USB could be option but its not active project as it seems .. and Therapsid seems a bit costly and also supports only 1 sid as it seems..

Hope someone here can help me with ideas? What would you do in my place with this setup?
