			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So I&#039;m trying to connect my smart card to my computer, the only 32 bit guide that came on the disc was for windows 8. part of the guide says I need to disable the &quot;smartscreen filter&quot;. What is the Windows 7 equivilant of that?</p>]]></content>
