			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I see it as my final solution using floppy/compact flash, i&#039;ll be able to update from t&#039;net!<br />Also discovering a HDF&gt;Hard drive program helps too.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Oh, you are worried about your PCMCIA slot.<br />Check <a href="http://www.amiga-hardware.com/" target="_blank">http://www.amiga-hardware.com/</a> to see if your card has problems with PCMCIA devices.<br />Disable jumper will disable the whole thing, not just part of it.<br />Changing to a 4MB card WILL fix the problem. But as I said, maybe you DON&#039;T have problems.</p><p>I think I may have a problem with my PCMCIA slot, i tihnk i blew up both my wireless and 3com ethernet cards, they are not recognized by my Amiga anymore <img src="https://chipmusic.org/forums/img/smilies/hmm.png" width="15" height="15" alt="hmm" /></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Managed to get ahold of one of these for a cheap price: <a href="http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/ra1210" target="_blank">http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/ra1210</a><br />8mb ram + 12mhz 68881 fpu, so Aweb will have to wait until this baby arrives, using Alynx now to browse Chipflip, but its nice to know the ethernet adapter is working/workable.</p><p>A few newb clearups:<br />Do you know wether or not this card has an option to limit the ram to 4mb? <br />That page mentions a disable jumper, is this the same thing? <br />Will changing the SIMM card to a 4mb card smooth out all PCMCIA conflicts?</p><p>Can&#039;t wait to finally use WHDload properly <img src="https://chipmusic.org/forums/img/smilies/big_smile.png" width="15" height="15" alt="big_smile" /></p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Setting up my card, and I&#039;m following a tutorial here: <a href="http://eab.abime.net/archive/index.php/t-18786.html" target="_blank">http://eab.abime.net/archive/index.php/t-18786.html</a><br />All installed as to his specification, except when I try to connect I recieve this error.</p><p>;AmiTCP:db/interfaces: argument line invalid or too long at line 156 when looking for interface EtherLinkIII<br />iface_find(EtherLinkIII): no such interface in AmiTCP:db/interfaces</p><p>it all makes perfect sense as an error, but my interfaces file has the interface listed pointing towards the correct driver (<a href="http://aminet.net/driver/net/3c589.lha" target="_blank">http://aminet.net/driver/net/3c589.lha</a>)</p><p>The interface I&#039;m using is listed as:<br />3Com Corporation<br />3C589D<br />Version 4.1 TP/BNC LAN Card Ver.2a</p><p>The line I added in my interfaces file is:<br />EtherLinkIII DEV=DEVS:Networks/3c589.device UNIT=0</p><p>Can anyone point towards a solution?</p>]]></content>
