Hi alll... any advice here gratefully received....

just carried out my first mods on a DMG. Installed a backlight, bivert, RCA jacks prosound and a variable pitch mod from Handheld legend.

It's working (bar two missing lines on the screen...oops) BUT the pitch mod seems to regularly crash LSDJ/Pushpin if it's turned on/off, or at extreme values.

Is this likely to be cackhanded installation? or just a regular hazard of playing with the clock speed?

If the latter, would a DMG with a static half speed clock likely be more stable?

Basically I'm trying to build a live rig with a pair of DMGs, one as a "bass synth" an octave down - but it feels like the variable pitch mod I have is to unstable to risk live.

thanks.....
