You can only create and export video. For live act I recommend Resolume, great software to live editing video;)

Sure^^ I used the Sony Vegas and effects: pixelate, sharpen,etc. But the most important component is a video mask. This solution is very good done in sony vegas. You can create something cool effects using the masks;)
